If you think the tool is wrong
This is the message we most want and it goes at the top of the page for that reason.
If KinetiRO Sim has given you a number you do not believe, tell us. We publish what our own verification found wrong in our own code, and adding to that list costs us less than being wrong quietly. What to send is at the foot of this page.
If it turns out the tool was right and the expectation was wrong, we will say so and show the working. That is also a useful outcome.
What we will answer
- A result you do not believe. Above.
- A question about what the tool models, including whether it does something it does not. The answer is sometimes no; the product page tries to get most of those out of the way first. What it does

- When sealed files are coming, and what they will do. Sealing is still being built and cannot be used yet. What sealed files will do
- Anything else, including that this page is wrong.
What we will not do
- We will not review your design. We do not take design liability and we do not offer engineering services. The output of this tool is not a design issued by anyone but you.
- We will not recommend equipment. We do not sell it and we take nothing from anyone who does, so a preference from us would be an opinion with nothing behind it.
- We will not characterise your water. No sampling, no laboratory, no diagnostics. If the tool needs an influent characterisation and you do not have one, what you need is a laboratory and an engineer.
What happens next
A reply from an engineer within two working days. There is no ticketing system, because there is nobody to route a ticket to.

There is no contact form. An email reaches the person who would answer it, and it lets you attach the project file, which is the thing we most want and the thing a form is worst at.

If you are reporting a wrong result
Put wrong result in the subject line, and send four things if you have them: the project file, the number you got, the number you expected, and where your expectation comes from if it is a published method. That is enough to reproduce it, and reproducing it is the whole of the work.

If you were expecting to seal an .eaqua file or open one
somebody sent you, you cannot yet — the feature is still being built.
What it will and will not guarantee is already written down,
including the parts that are not reassuring.
